Marsh Bell provided Construction Management and design build services for this LEED-Compliant assisted living / memory care facility consisting of 34 independent living units, 26 assisted living units, and 15 memory care units. The 72,000 SF facility includes a full kitchen, dining room, library, chapel, salon, and activities room.
