First Carolina Bank

This project was a total renovation of an existing 5,573 SF office building for use as a new bank branch for First Carolina Bank. The project consisted of sitework, demolition of portions of the existing building, and renovations to the remainder of the existing building to include new roofing, and new mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems. Construction also included new finishes throughout the building, new steel-framed entry features and drive-through canopy.
