Mixed-use office/warehouse pre-engineered metal building with 5,000 SF finished office space and 10,000 SF warehouse. The insulated and heated warehouse included exhaust fans, restrooms, a concrete loading berth with one drive-up ramp, one dock, and a 2-bay shop. Project included a detention pond with added storm system, a new on-site wastewater system with 3,528 SF of tile field and 3,000 gallons of septic tanks.
