This project is the final phase of a redevelopment master plan of the Shops at Augusta, located at the corner of Faris Road and Augusta Street. The full project encompasses the new fire station; the Sherwin Williams retail / office space in the newly renovated historic firehouse; and now, this new 2,758 sf end-cap space (shown on the left side of the rendering). The project includes site improvements, hardscapes and more pedestrian-friendly sidewalks.
Our partners on the project are Goodwin Mills Cawood (GMC) architecture and Arbor Engineering (civil engineering).
