Marsh Bell has been awarded the construction of a new one-story medical office building inFountain Inn by Bon Secours Mercy Health. Slated for completion in December 2023, the 10,072 sf office is expected to house Primary Care, ENT, Pulmonary/Surgery practices, imaging and a lab draw site. The one-acre site is located at 910 North Main St. Greenville-based Forma Health Design Collaborative is the project architect.
