KM Fabrics, a leader in the textile industry and a fixture of West Greenville for 45 years, has decided to write its next chapter by investing in a new production facility. Determined to remain a part of the West Greenville area, KM has found their next home just a few miles away, at 105 Wood Street.
Marsh Bell Construction proudly partners with KM Fabrics as their Design Build Contractor. We will coordinate with Gpn Architecture and Isomer Project Group as we breathe new life into the 15-acre property, including a 200,000 SF building that will ultimately house KM’s manufacturing and corporate headquarters.
