Shops at Augusta St Expansion

Marsh Bell is proud to have built the expansion to the Shops at Augusta. The project began with the demolition and abatement of an older existing retail building that gave way to a buildable area that allowed for an addition to tie into the existing retail shell building. The expansion was designed for a single retail tenant and includes a brick façade and exterior enhancements to the existing concrete deck and sidewalk.
