Another Marsh Bell Construction project has wrapped!
We are delighted to have completed this multi-tenant retail shell building in Travelers Rest, just over six months after breaking ground! We were set up for success by the excellent development team at Central Realty Holding and the retail design specialists at McMillian Pazdan Smith Architecture.
Like all Marsh Bell projects, this one involved close collaboration with our subcontractors and vendors, and we sincerely thank them for their dedication and commitment to high standards.
