Excited to announce a new project. We’re working with 20/20 Auto Glass to build a new 4500sf Kirby Building Systems, A Nucor Company pre-engineered metal building on Mauldin Road. The new shop will include finished space for reception/offices, with an open structure area for 6 vehicle repair bays. The project also encompasses a separate 10,000 sf KIRBY multi-tenant spec building with capacity for two light-industrial or commercial tenants. Land clearing, site prep, utilities infrastructure, storm water management, engineered site retaining walls, curb, sidewalk and asphalt are included in the project. KEEL Concepts, Inc. is providing the architectural designs. Jake Adkins and Michael Bull will manage the project. Completion is planned for late October.
