Lennox Flex Office / Warehouse

Marsh/Bell provided Construction Management and design build services for 30,000 SF, two-unit flex office/warehouse building. The building is a combination of conventional steel with a more standard insulated TPO roof system. The building has pre-cast wall panels on the exterior and inlayed brick to accent the entrances. The design was tailored to the needs of the primary tenant, Lennox Corporation, which had height requirements for their racking system and a drive-in pick-up delivery area.
