Isomer Project Group – Hampton Station

The focus of this complex endeavor was to create a sleek and modern office space with innovation and collaboration at the center for Isomer Project Group, an engineering firm on the cutting edge of technology and invention. Located within the trendy Hampton Station area of Greenville, this project encompassed the renovation and upfit of a 13,500 SF area which was previously utilized as an old warehouse and brewery. Special features included structural wood framing for 5,000 SF mezzanine, 2nd floor upgrades, and exterior shell upgrades. Ultimately a full upfit was implemented including open office space, conference rooms, phone rooms, restrooms, and an appointed breakroom.
