Fairfield Business Park - Bldg 8 & 9

The Fairfield Business Park - Building 8 & 9 Project involved the erection of two (2) 10,000 SF Pre-engineered Metal Buildings. With a focus on flexibility, both structures were thoughtfully designed to adapt to the needs of future tenants – allowing for a wide range of industrial uses and long-term functionality as businesses evolve. Each facility has two restrooms and boasts extensive sitework and versatile accessibility.
