The was a design build 2,400 SF office and shop pre-engineered building for this wholesale automotive consultant and service center. Marsh Bell assisted with pre-construction services in the selection of professional architect, mechanical, electrical, and structure design selection. The design included a second level open concept mezzanine overlooking the lobby area.
