Marsh Bell Construction completed a 5,321-square-foot medical office upfit for Brio Primary Care at 3000 Society Street in Greenville's Hartness Development. The project involved a full interior build-out designed to support primary care services, including 12 private exam rooms and a dedicated phlebotomy area within the vibrant Hartness mixed-use community.
