Arclabs Welding School

Arclabs Welding School project was the renovation of a 25,000 square foot CMU and structural steel building. A complete demolition and put back of the roof was necessary before interior construction could begin. 7,500 square feet of office, classroom, bathrooms, and conference space was added for the in person teaching portion of the curriculum. 20 welding booths were added with the ability to expand to as many as 100 booths as demand grows. A new 30’ focal piece metal panel entrance was added as well as a new parking lot and landscaping giving the 70-year-old building a facelift.
