This month marks the completion of a two-building development project on Mauldin Road in Greenville. We were excited about this development from the onset. A unique feature of this endeavor was that it was a build-to-suit shop for the newest 20/20 Auto Glass location and included a 10,000 SF speculative light industrial space as part of the complex.
