Marsh Bell provided Construction Management, design build, and site assessment services for the renovation of the 52,000 SF building. The scope included transforming the nearly 60-year-old abandoned manufacturing facility, that had been vacant for 10 years, to a 20,000 SF retail shop, a state-of-the-art, 20,000 SF fully conditioned manufacturing area, and a 20,000 SF warehouse and distribution center.
