Twenty-five years of turning pages into possibility.
That’s what the Greenville Literacy Association has been doing since day one — helping adults in our community build the literacy skills they need for better jobs and better lives. This weekend, they’re marking that milestone with their 25th Annual Really Good, Really Big, Really Cheap Book Sale at McAlister Square (Aug 8-9).
Marsh Bell was happy sponsor as well as pitch in behind the scenes, helping get thousands of books out of storage and ready for shoppers . But the real story is GLA — 25 years of impact, one student at a time.
