Chestnut Coffee House (Hartness Development)

Marsh Bell Construction served as general contractor for a 1,115-square-foot tenant upfit for Cork Beauty Bar located at 3000 Society Street within the Hartness mixed-use development on Greenville's Eastside. The project converted a warm vanilla shell into a finished beauty salon, with work including interior walls, plumbing distribution, electrical, HVAC, dropped ceiling with circular pendant lighting, polished concrete floors, and accent millwork — completed in October 2025.
