Chestnut Coffee House (Hartness Development)

Marsh Bell Construction served as general contractor for a 2,071-square-foot design-build tenant upfit for Chestnut Coffee House located at 3000 Society Street within the Hartness mixed-use development on Greenville's Eastside. The project converted a warm vanilla shell into a finished coffee shop and market, with work including polished concrete floors, exposed structural ceiling, custom bar millwork, and built-in shelving — completed in November 2025.
