Travelers Rest Gateway – Building 2
569 Roe Center Ct, Travelers Rest, SC 29690The Travelers Rest Gateway Building 2 project encompassed the construction of an 11,700 SF ground-up retail building with CMU, steel, and light gauge metal framing. In addition, this endeavor included exposed CMU, masonry veneer, and EIFS exterior with storefront and a TPO roof. Limited sitework was required as this structure is located in a recently established retail center.
