Clemson City Hall

The scope of this project was to expand and renovate the more than 10,000 SF Clemson City Hall facility. This endeavor included a full renovation of the existing building as well as construction of a new courtroom, new council chambers and new space for the Building and Codes department. Special features included the installation of bulletproof windows, bulletproof doors, bulletproof walls and customized entry locks enhancing security. Construction was conducted while the building was occupied, requiring the utmost safety procedures, traffic flow and coordination between Marsh Bell and the City of Clemson to ensure personnel and public safety.
