Paul serves as CEO of Marsh Bell Construction and equal owner with Reggie Bell, Chairman. He is directly engaged in every project to ensure expectations, design intentions, scopes of work, safety, quality, schedule, and costs all come together to meet your business objectives. Prior to Marsh Bell, Paul spent 30 years designing and building large projects on a global basis with Jacobs and has managed billions of dollars of capital programs.

Garret has 16 years of experience in project management, leadership, estimating, scheduling, and quality control throughout every segment of the commercial construction industry. He is responsible for the day-to-day operations of office and field personnel, oversees pre-construction and construction phases, and review/execution of estimates and contracts. Garret’s detailed execution approach and invaluable leadership guides critical and strategic decision making across all phases of a project, ensuring exceptional outcomes.
